We stand behind the quality of RetroRobo and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are available under specific conditions to ensure fair treatment for all customers.
Conditions for Refund
A refund will be issued if the customer can prove that the product was damaged when received. The following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided
- The damage must have occurred during shipping, not due to customer mishandling
- The product packaging should be intact to verify shipping damage
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at burstneuron1729@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your RetroRobo
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide clear photos showing the damage to the product
- Include photos of the packaging if possible
- Describe the damage in detail
Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request with proper documentation:
- We will review your claim within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- After receiving the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 3-day window
- Damage caused by customer mishandling or misuse
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to provide proof of damage
